TAM Digital 2026 Happy New Year!

There’s absolutely no other tattoo related media outlet like TAM, we are a subscription based trade journal and community platform dedicated solely to professional tattoo artists… ”Made by Tattooers for Tattooers”

TAM Wishes Everyone A Happy New Year in 2026 !

Greetings, and welcome to the premier issue of Tattoo Artist Magazine Digital. My name is Dave DaSkin Holm and I am behind the rebirth of TAM after an 11 year hiatus.

With over 40 years of experience in every aspect of tattooing I’ve never strived to be famous nor a rockstar, I’ve always been backstage working hard. Today I am taking the front stage, the master of ceremony, contrary to the past and am extremely proud to present to you all the hard work it took to develop TAM Digital.

Together with the TAM team we have put forward our best efforts to bring you back to the same old TAM, same vision and values just now with a much wider international audience with 100 of thousands new tattoo artists. Compared to back when I started tattooing there were possibly 1500 artists worldwide and that’s a high numbered guess. I’m sure that today we can find over 100’000 professional artists throughout the world.

Printed Version

Many of you asked about the return of a printed version, here is the answer:

In November 2026 we will publish in book format the 2026 TAM  “Year in Review”. It will be print on demand only and that is only if we get enough pre-orders. Yea, but what about a magazine? Any other future printed magazines will solely depend upon our success in 2026 and your support.

The Old TAM

As many of you know Chris Midkiff aka Crash was the previous editor in chief who along with a bunch of talented tattoo artists started TAM in 2003. Past contibutors to TAM were; Grime, Jason Kundell, Marcus Pacheco, Adam Ciferri, Mike Malone aka Rollo, Crofoot, Noble, Mike Dorsey, Guy Aitchison,  Aaron Cain, Jeff Zuck, Mark Longenecker, Jason SchroderBack just to name a few. In those days there were a lot of tattoo related publications but none compared to TAM.

While Crash is still the owner of The 7th Street Publishing Company he has taken a backseat to TAM Digital as the chief editor. Fear not though, Crash has been working hard directing in the background and has some awesome new projects planned for TAM subscribers.

As a subscriber to TAM we want to promote you and provide you an avenue to connect with your peers in a community atmosphere.  TAM wants to continue where we left off and immediatley position ourselves once again as being the best trade journal for the professinal tattoo artist.

How can you help TAM meet these goals?

You can start by subscribing to TAM, the annual cost is only $75.-  which breaks down to a mere $6.25 per month. Is TAM Digital worth your time and your investment?, view the benefits we believe so.

Advertising & Sponsors

The advertisements you see here are from people who deserve your business. They aren’t just investing in advertising; they’re investing in an idea: that we, as professional tattooers need a sanctuary and trade journal away from social media without corporate control. Interested in advertising, we have opportunities to fit every budget.
